Alexander Schwall, PhD is co-founder and Chief Scientist at Rhabit Analytics. Rhabit is a software application that makes it extremely easy for employees to share quantifiable 360 feedback with each other. He founded Rhabit after 9 years at Development Dimensions International where he worked as a talent management consultant and R&D scientist. In his role, Alexander’s job is to translate I/O findings and best practices into products and solutions that are practical and user-friendly.
