Babs Sefiane joined Life’sWork of Western PA in November 2017 after having over 20 years in the energy and sustainability industry. Babs changed her career path 4 years ago to transition from the corporate world to the non-profit world because she had such a passion to give back and strong desire to help improve the quality of lives of individuals. It was a perfect match between Babs and Life’sWork of WPA as the mission of Life’sWork aligns very nicely with Babs passion and desire. Life’s Work’s mission is to empower people with barriers and young adults to pursue their hopes and dreams through strengthening workplace abilities, building life skills and developing meaningful relationships. Ultimately increasing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment through productive job opportunities!
