Retired Vice President – Human Resources, JWF Industries

John recently retired after 13 years as the vice president – Human Resources for JWF Industries in Johnstown. John is an experienced human resources advisor for both senior executives and line management. As a human resource generalist with over 30 years’ experience in both union and non-union settings, John has had hands-on executive accountability across the full range of issues pertaining to Human Resource Management.

John completed his undergraduate work at Purdue University and has received numerous training and team-building certifications. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University as well as a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University.

John is a retired Colonel from the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, having served 30 years in both active and reserve command and staff assignments. He retired from military service in 2008.
