Sales Engineer, MECCO

Kendra Slis is an Inside Sales Engineer with MECCO and part of the inaugural class of Catalyst Connection’s Manufacturing Navigators program. In her role with MECCO she manages active opportunities with hundreds of companies in the manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, electronics, fabrication, medical, oil and gas industries by assisting them in finding the best solution for their laser and dot peen part marking and traceability needs. She also works to uncover new trends in the industry through active research, recruiting, and networking with new and existing companies to identify ways in which MECCO can improve and optimize clients’ current production methods and plan for future growth.

One of her favorite parts about working in the manufacturing industry is that each day is a new and exciting challenge and the future of manufacturing is still largely unwritten and she hopes to play a role in writing it for future generations.

Kendra holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Robert Morris University (2017), as well as a certificate in Non-Profit Leadership.
