Manager of Workforce Partnerships, Catalyst Connection

Kristen is a strategic leader through powerful partner collaborations, committed to career equity and empowering others with skills and confidence.  Her unique background in education and behavioral management developed exceptional ability to work well in business and education leadership.  She has developed customized workforce development programs for schools and built an online emotional intelligence class for 21st century career success. As the Department of Labor sanctioned Corporate Internship Director for Nazareth Prep, she designed pre-apprenticeships in mechatronics, early childhood education, patient care technician, and information technology.  Over a five-year period, Kristen managed and grew corporate partnerships with a 95% retention rate and an average 15% growth per year.  She has led & trained 100+ students and corporate partner mentors for onsite & virtual internships with 94% student success in their workforce development skills. She has been published in ReMake Learning, CIO Story, CIO Review, Working Parts, and has been an ACHE Speaking Panelist on diversity in the workplace. 

 Kristen earned her MS in Education from Johns Hopkins University.
