Matt is an experienced nonprofit leader with over 19 years of progressive development and management experience, including community outreach, relationship building, training and mentorship communication. As a licensed occupational therapist, Matt has specialized training in working with individuals to promote independence, job skills, and implementation of strategies to allow individuals to be successful in their daily lives.

Matt is responsible to implement standard operating procedures, operationalize growth, implement strategic initiatives, and facilitate continuous assessment of programs. Mr. Bittner holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master of Occupational Therapy, both from Duquesne University.
