Michel Conklin, Executive Director, leads the development and expansion of the BotsIQ’s manufacturing workforce development initiatives. A life-long learner herself, Michel developed her teaching skills as a young girl that always wanted to help others learn new things. With 17 years of education experience, Michel enjoys raising awareness and interest in manufacturing career pathways through BotsIQ’s project-based learning programs.
