Neil Ashbaugh has over 30 years in the advanced manufacturing industry, serving 2 registered apprenticeships and a variety of roles in production and administration. In 2016, Neil joined the New Century Careers organization in program management, and in 2020, was promoted to President and CEO. Neil’s passion for workforce training for entry-level and incumbent workers is shown through the programs and technologies that NCC is offering to the region for the betterment of the individual, employer, and the region’s economy.
